• Analyze day-today business operations in electrical contracting projects.
• Evaluate efficiency of labor, materials, and workflows based on Project progress.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare Project Based Progress and Final Performance reports for management review.
• Track project budgets, labor costs, and material expenditures.
• Perform variance analysis between estimate/Bid Price and actual costs.
• Project financial forecasting for projects to achieve baseline plus profitability.
• Assist management in cost optimization strategies.
• Develop dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Maintain KPI tracking systems for project performance.
• Generate weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Convert raw project data into actionable insights.
• Monitor project timelines and human resource allocation efficiency.
• Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Forecast project completion timelines using data models.
• Coordinate with project managers to improve scheduling performance.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational and financial data.
• Assist in internal audit and compliance reporting to general Contractors and other clients.
• Maintain documentation of business processes and reports.
• Support data governance standards within the organization.
• Assist in long-term business forecasting and planning for internal machinery procurements.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required in Business Analytics or Information Systems or Computer Science or Data Analytics

Perform electrical installations and maintenance. Must have a valid journeyman license and 3+ years of field experience.

Design and develop electrical systems for commercial projects. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
